Comments:	Trying to find the name of newspaper for Ft Smith, in service on 3/5/1935. Hoping to find any articles, pictures of a "walk-a-thon" from that date and the day or two either side.......the " walk a thons " were the dance marathons as featured in the movie, "They Shoot Horses Don't they " My mother's scrap book has her in that event on 3/5....and that is about the time she met my father, who lived in Muskogee Co, OK.....I'm hoping any article might mention names, maybe even a picture. If the Ft Smith paper is on line....maybe they can help me search for those articles.....if there is any. Thanks Jim Keith St. Louis

Comments:	I am looking for information on Thomas M. Slaten and Mittie Weaver. Thomas died in Hacket, Sabastian Co. AR. Dec. 5,1917. His wife Mittie Weaver Slaten also died the same year. We don't know where they were buried. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks
