I was born in Corpuschristi Texas 1961.I am doing research on the names Conwill and Conwell and related connected to George Washington King Conwill . He died abt. 1882 in itawamba county Mississippi.

A researcher in England is trying to trace info re 172 tunnelling coy RE or 577 Army Fd coy RE they are renovating an underground Navy HQ that was dug by these soldiers The tunnells were dug at South Heighton Newhaven in 1941 and used until Oct 1945. they would like to hear from any R.N. W.R.E.N.S ATS or army that were stationed there .Some may have migrated to Australia.
