My grandfather was James Erasmus Booth, b. Mar 1867, Tenn, married Alice Watson in Uvalde County, TX, 12 Oct 1890. Grandmother died between 1896 and 1900 in TX. I cannot find any records of her or her parental family. James was a school teacher and remarried to a teacher in 1900. They taught in the area between Waco and San Antonio. James died 1919 in Dallas. May have been a Mason since son, Forrest Cody was 32d degree Scottish Rite. Any assistance or advice would be appreciated on finding my grandmother , Alice Watson.
