Would like to know how to locate ancestors. My Dad was adopted, I suspect that he came from Bay Mills Indian Reservation in the UP, or he had family there at one time, my father died in 1988. His Name was William C. Archer, I believe his adopted name was Francis Bowles. What kind of info can I get on his lost family?
