I enjoyed reading these, but found no "link" of any kind to the family I search. May I ask that my search be entered and acknowledged?
Not certain, but think four or five Campbell brothers, David William James etc. all thought to be sons of either James or Joshua -- all located in Kentucky in 1850 census related to Vaugh and Wills and Cassiday Families. James served in Union Army enlisting from Paris, KY - later moved to Boone Co. IN and then to Labette Co. KS where he died. Had been incarcerated in Andersonville Prison, escaped and lived to draw a pension. Can anyone help me document these brothers and their descendants in more detail? Thank you Liz Stump
