I am searching for info re: my Paternal Great-Grand Father; I believe his given name was louis he had 11+ children, the one's I remember are Almeda, Elphege (my Grand Father born 1899/9/1 (international date style: YMD) died 1969/2. Later changed first name to Joseph, moved to US @ age 18 wed Celia (nee) Sullivan 1926, Mt Vernon, NY,and gave birth to only son Joseph (edward) Cartier) also called edward, edouard and eddie, b. 1938/12/4 in Mt Vernon, NY, d. 1996/18/4 Lodi (records may say Hackensack (closest hospital in an adjacent town). Any Help would be appreciated and if anyone believes I might be of help to them please e-mail me.
