Hi, While housekeeping today I was dusting a plate that came from my grandmother's house. It is from Kennett, Ca and has a 1910 calender on it. Family story is that my grandfather came from England to work in that vicinity, he was a diamond drill operator. Later on my grandmother and the two older children joined him. However, I don't think that the town was Kennett but close by. Granny said that she was the only woman in the town and they got there by stage coach. She was so terrified that she sat on the floor and didn't leave the town for 18 months when her husband was going to another job location. Any info would be appreciated. Lois Perkins

Have been able to locate many family births & deaths that we did not know the date for sure. Would like to beable to go to other states & back before the 1800s the names I am interested in are Cunningham, Eastwood, Carter, Grisgby.Cunningham came from Ohio, Grisgby came from Texas.
