Comments:	I am searching for Jacob Clare, my great-grandfather, born in 1852. Supposedly born in Philadelphia or Ireland. His wife was Elizabeth McNally, born in North Carolina. He is in the 1900 census as are his wife and children. I have been unable to find anything prior to that. Thank you, John
