Although Rootsweb is a fabulous source otherwise, I haven't had success in obtaining information on my great uncle William Oscar Patterson, M.D. in Pueblo, CO and cannot get the Pueblo County Genealogy website. I've gotten one piece of information from the 1896 city directory passed on by a volunteer; the rest of the data I have collected were obtained from other sources.

1) High school yearbooks members have that that would copy a photo from.

2)something like the Surname registry, but for street addresses, using a template, could find ancestor's neighbors
doing research possibly exchange info, stories, family remembrances of the neighborhood.
