John Jefferson Crossland and Elizabeth S. Adams Crossland's oldest child was Louisa Arena Crossland b. March 4, 1829 and
died in Warren County, Tennessee in 1864. She is buried in an unmarked grave in the Schild Cemetery, Beersheba Springs, Tennessee. Louisa Arena Crossland married the Reverend Ledden Brown, and Louisa's sister, Elizabeth Crossland, married Ledden Brown's brother, Isaiah S. Brown. I am a descendent of Louisa Arena Crossland Brown and the Reverend Ledden Brown. Louisa is often left off of the list of John Jefferson Crossland's children as she had already married and left home when the census was taken.

This site is wonderful and even amazing! I am so thankful that there are so many knowledgeable people that know how to put a site like this together. Bravo for brains, knowledge, and dedication.
