Excellent and AWESOME research Forum!!!...my work email address is also: dfairfax@nespower.com ...{:) Looking for Elias Fairfax whereabouts, b. 1820-22, served as Private Elias Fairfax, CSA, 36th Regiment, 2nd Company "A", Artillery, North Carolina Troops, Fort Caswell and Fort Fisher, North Carolina through August, 1864...no record of kileed in action. 1850 Census of Columbus County, North Carolina lists him and his family.
