I have enjoyed Rootsweb very much . I am looking for Campbells from Ga . that were related to a James Glasgo Campbell and his brother , Guilfordn Ashby Campbell . They were about a year apart . James being the older of the 2 was born i 1910 . Guilford's obituary says he was born in Elberton , Elbert Co . , Ga .

I have visited many county web sites in my search for my ancestors. I feel that the people who are hosting the county web sites in some of your south georgia counties are doing a very, very poor job. When I see the name for about 5 of your counties, I no not to even search or send an e mail for-they are too busy, they don't care, and they certainly don't live in Georgia or give a hoot about it. The administrator for Americus,Sumter County, I believe, was wonderful and helpful and has a great web site. Forget asking about Terrell County, Tift County, Colquitt County-I realize it is difficult to get people, but I had an E Mail, finally from one of those So Georgia counties and was told that people didn't care very much about genealogy anyway.!!!!
