I am attempting to find out some ancestry information on Samuel Goss born at Longford in Tasmania, Australia. His father's name to the best of my knowledge was John Goss from England. Samuel Goss married Elizabeth Walker in Tasmania. I am enquiring on behalf of my husband Philip John Goss. His father's name was Victor George Goss and his mother's name was Gewndoline Lilian Gardam. Victor's father was William George Goss who was married to Lillian Newfriend from England during the first world war while on leave. I do not have any further information to assist you.
