Hello, I just read several submissions to the guesbook, and saw that you were born in Anna and now live in MIchigan....I was born in Carbondale, Jackson Co, IL, and I now live in MI. I have been doing research for about 4 years on many family lines that ended up in Southern Illinois, and would like to see your list of surnames that you are looking for. Maybe we can connect some of them, and I could give you some good pointers for research. I go back to southern Illinois about once a year to visit relatives, and am forever reading whatever I can get my hands on to furthur my family research. Hi! Just visiting. My grandmother, Pauline Lillian Burton, was born in Cobden in 1914. She was married to Edwin Francis and Bill Thomas. She died in 1982 in Chicago, IL.
