I love RootsWeb. Through rootsweb an amature like myself can find lots of genealogy information, searchable sites and friendly folks willing to help. Though there is the occasional unfriendly "genealogist" who delights in biting people's heads off (EILEEN) for not being as professional in documenting sources, for every one of these scrooges there are at least 100 helpful folks who help to promote genealogy and the importance of our history through their selfless contributions and random acts of kindness. Thank you RootsWeb and all the helpful folks out there that make up this network chain of interested parties.
