I have been doing my family geneology for the past 40 years & it seems that every time I turn around, there is another fabulous web as this one, shows up.
I have been working on the DOIDGE & HOUSTON side of my family, as well as my father's side, mainly my mother's.
Fred & Jeannie Doidge lived in Clinton. My grandfather died there in 1921 from influenza. He worked in the mines in Brazil for many years. My grandmother had a boarding house there, as the family story goes. She died in 1982.
My mother is also buried there in the Doidge family plot, in Clinton. She passed away in 1971 & her name was Murrah.
I will continue visiting this site. Thank you!
