I have been searching for my great grand-father, Milton Kay from maybe St. Louis, Mo., he then married a Melissa Chandler from Adams County, Ohio. He was the proud father of twins Laura and Lewis Kay of Manchester, Ohio. If anyone has information to a Milton Kay that worked on the river at that time,1900,Thank you for your help.
