Great site. I am trying to research my mothers side of the family but came to a dead end with my great grandmother. Her name was Mahala Legge? of Heart's Content Newfoundland. I know that she died in the early 1960's and was around 90 years old at the time. She had 3 son's George, Allen and my grandfather Frank. All had different fathers who were unknown and were raised by different families, Frank Legge was raised by a family with the surname Hippern in Heart's Content. Mahala later married Robert Burrows(Burroughs) and had 2 daughters Kathleen and Madge. If anyone can help me with this it would be greatly appreciated. Any information at all will be helpful
