Hello: Maggie Stewart
My second visit to your site. Very good & well arranged. The Twp maps proved helpful.
I HAVE A COPY OF THE LIFE OF CHARLES BREWSTER HUBBELL AND THREE CENSUS IMAGES TO SEND YOU if you are interested. I NEED AN ADDRESS.
Charles B. Hubbell is buried in Hopkins Cemetery down at the Genesee county line. His Son John Elbert Hubbell had a farm in Millington Twp and had a sawmill making shingles in Millington Twp. Charles' Daughter, Julia M Hubbell STEWART and husband Nataniel STEWART had a farm in Wells Twp. I found it right at the tape patch of the Twp map on your site. Julia lived with daughter Hattie Vickers in the 1920 census. They are both buried in Indian Fields Cemetery at/near Caro. Are those Stewarts related to your family?
Fred Kull

You must be a new host for this Tuscola site. I visited here about a year or so ago and found alot of good information. Now there is nothing. Who has the links to the sites that were on here before? I really hope you read these comments, and answer. I realize being a host for a genweb county site can be hard work, but it can also be rewarding. Genealogist are about the best bunch of folks you'll meet. This site should provide information about marriages, cemeteries, voting records or any sort of records related to Tuscola county. Take some time out to go to other sites(Van Buren County Mi for example, see what you can find there). Good luck.

EEK! I've been offline for a while. What's happened to this site. There used to be stuff here that's gone now. Like all the pages and pages of stuff I sent from the Allen, Heath and Gibbs families a couple years back. I though Gloria was still wanting photos of the Allens that I've been trying to scan unsuccessfully with the dory ancient computer. Not needed anymore? Where is the King Allen Biography, or for that matter the Juniata page. Where is the interview of Austa Allen Terry published in the Advertiser in the 20's. For that matter, where is the search engine? Totally lost and confuzzled.

I believe at the Doe Hotel, no one signs the guestbook.
