I like abt all the rootsweb Mo sites Ive been to.
As you can see by the name my ancestors were there and I was born in Chillicothe. Ive been told the Brookshier school still stands in Lock Springs. I would love to see it. We lefy Mo in 1939 or 40 after my father William Marion died from infections aquired by being mauled by a lion in Indian when Clyde Beatty owned Cole Bros Circus. It happend in 1939. I aprreciate the Rootsweb sites even though I'am not finding my Riddle Ancestors who settled some where in or around Livingston cnty. But not having any luck. Even my Gran father had somne sort of Blacksmith or Machinest shop in The Area of Chillicothe and all his kid grew up there and he was born in Spring Hill. So what am I doing wrong. Its not my Granfathers family I'am looking for but more for his father,mother, brothers and sisters. And not finding any of them in any of the counties. I did find a glimmer in Caldwell cnty but was told the court house burned many yrs ago.
Maybe some day thaey'll turn up
