You have helped me rule out all of the lies which have been told to me in the past. Since then I have had a legal name change which my father has carried, now I carry it also "Wiggins". Comments:	I wish you had alittle information about Children's Aid Society..................I was a child in their system being placed in several foster homes in the late 40's and would love to find out some information.
