Comments:	I just wanted to ask you people something. You see I was visiting the Poughkeepsie Galleria and I couldn't believe what I saw was going on. The people that I came upon in the Mall seemed to have trouble reading and doing basic math. What kind of education do you people have in this County. I live in Orange County and have never come upon such lack in educational skills. Plus many of the people I saw in the mall were rude and disruptive. I heard 10yr olds cursing up a storm...Nice County.. If this is what Dutchess County has to offer, please keep your people on this side of the river. Thank You
