Comments:	Subscribed to Scioto list serve. Keep getting mail back saying my text needs changed to plain. I have tried for 2 days to do this. I have AOL and their tech.says it can't be done. I have Microsoft 98. What do you suggest??? This is very discouraging.

Comments:	Before the redesign I loved Rootsweb. The county format was especially useful. Now I just get lost. This new format is not so easy. Every page looks the same.
