My father is buried at Lawson Cemetery in Yale. I am probably related to any of the Long's in Yale. Lavon Orville Long is my dad, Garland Larue Long is his brother also buried there. I was born in Shawnee, OK. My dad was born in Yale Oct. 2, 1917. His father is Jay Paris Long. I do not have any information on him.

I was born in Perkins and have a lot of family in the
general area. Many family memhers are buried in the
cemetary there. My mother, Marie Holliday, was born in
Perkins and her parents were Benjamin & Ida West. My Dad,
Pete Holliday, was born in Lahoma but married & lived in
Perkins til 1943. His father was Dr. Wm. B. Holliday, a
well known vet in Payne County. Glad to find this site,
almost like going home. Thanks.
