My 3rd Gr.grandfather Giles Franklyn Parman married Elizabeth Penn and is mentioned in the Revouutionary War time as related (I think) to William Penn the Quaker. I have been told that Elizabeth is a sister of William Penn. Can anyone help me to substantiate the relationship of E P and W P?
