I am interested in any information relating to the Mollie Shaffer, age 8, who is listed in the 1920 census, Richland County. She is listed as the step-daughter of William Price. Her mother is Bessie.
The 1930 census lists William Price, wife Bessie and Martha Martin. Martha (Mollie) is now married but no husband is listed. Any info will be greatly appreciated. I am hoping that Mollie is part of the Shaffer line I am researching. Thanks. Bonnie Carder 12-29-05

I am looking for any info on Thomas Gates, Civil War;also, Jess Morgan Gates, possibly his son or grandson. Jess Morgan Gates was born in 1878. Also, there is a Gates Family Cemetery somewhere in Pontiac SC if anyone know anything about these 2 men or the cemetery, please help. Thank you.
