Just found your site thru web ferret whilst looking for any references to 'SIFFORD'
Very interesting but not sure that I understand what you are about. All I am looking for
are like named people who may have past links in the UK. It is a rare name in the UK and my family
seems to be the basic link. I have a cousin who has spent his adult life researching the roots and got back
to the doomsday book, appx 1000AD. We can find no trace of anyone ever emigrating to the US but there are
many Siffords in America. Would like to explore further.
I am contemplating putting up a simple website with basic details of the family in the hope it may provoke
similar interest. It seems your site would be a good place to publisize it.
