Price Slater married Margerate McClean and he and his family
of brothers etc. came from Dromor, N. Ireland to Quebec, Canada. From there he
went to NYC to establish a home for his wife and daughter. He never arrived nor seen again.
Margerate was pregnant when she left to find him in NYC. She got as far as Boston
when she had Samuel McClean Slater in 1886. We are looking for any member of this
family. Price's brothers went into the Albany area of NY we believe.
