Searching for info (specifically, DOB and DOD w/location) on my grandfather, William Lee Timmerman. Known: 1)Born in South Carolina; 2) Worked for Royal Insurance Co. in Atlanta until he transferred to Memphis in 1905. Note: My father's name was William Lee Timmerman; I remember my mother telling me that my father's name did not use the designation "junior" because there had been another by his name? My father and his mother and sister moved to Massachusetts in the late 1920's so my father could attend a northeastern college. The only surviving relation, my aunt, remembers or knows nothingn of family history or her father, whom she last saw when she was three.
