I know my grandmother Lee Hester was born there Aug.5,1883, to Molly-Mallie Hester, and she had a sister Sarah-Sally Hester. I have not been able to find anything of them. I think the fathers name was Alex, and may have been a law inforcer at New Boston. I understand that some of the hesters may still be in the area. If you or any one can help me I would be greaful. Lee hester married a Moore, mybe J.M. Moore. Thank you. Martha hammond

This is a great site! I found marriage certificates for members of my family (parents, grandparents, uncle, and I'm sure there are many other family members listed at this site that I don't know. They settled in East Texas long long ago.)
