Scott County used to have a little bit of information online such as the marriages from 1814 to about 1850. Now there is absolutely nothing except links to other rootsweb locations. What has happened to the little bit that used to be posted?

Your site is a welcome sight!! Just recently I discovered I was a descendant of Masias Hall and Unisiah Smith. My mother's family have always indicated that Flerinda (Clarinda) Hall who married Andrew F. Coleman July 2, 1861, in Johnson County, KY, was of America-Indian descent. She is my great-grandmother. Can this AI heritage be verified?

Thank you.

Thanks to RootsWeb, I am drowning in information and enthusiasm and "cousins". Thank you! does not begin to describe my gratitude. I realize that I am still not even "wet behind the ears" when it comes to researching my family heritage, but I hope that someday I too might be of help to others.
