her daughter was our grandmother, name was Emma VOORHIES
born 2-6-1875 in Moreauville Parish, she was married to Louis Edmond Dewailly, Emma never spoke of her parents, said
she never had any, we have and old photo of a couple and a young boy, we were told they were her parents and the boy was her brother Alpert Voorhies. need help, PLEASE
